Do your flags have a Warranty or Guarantee?
Great question! All of our US Nylon flags and US Polyester flags have a 2 month "no questions asked" buy back guarantee. If you are not 100% ecstatic with our house brand (CF) or Annin brand US flag, we will buy it back without saying a word. This is not the manufacturers guarantee...this is UncleFlag's. We stand behind all of the products we sell.
We have two ways for you to return your product. 1.) Drop off at our location and we will promptly refund your money. 2.) Ship it back to our warehouse, and when we receive it we will refund your money, (return shipping is at your expense).
Of course all Annin NYL-GLO flags come with a one year ColorFast guarantee. Which ensures that every NYL-GLO will stay color fast for 1 full year or Annin will replace it with a new flag.
Are the US flags you sell made in the USA?
YES... Double YES, we will not sell a US Flag made from anywhere else. (As a matter of fact, only about 1% of the flags we sell are imported, those are international flags.) CF and ANNIN only have manufacturing plants in the US. Both brands are proud members of the FMAA Flag Manufacturers Association of America.
